Pork Stew With Fruit

Ingredients
  Boneless pork 2 Pound, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Whole cloves 2
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatillos 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Onion 1 Small, cut up
  Crushed red pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cilantro sprig/Parsley sprigs 4
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Tart cooking apples 2
  Firm pears 2
  Zucchini 2 Small, sliced
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Green tipped bananas 2 , sliced
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In 3-quart casserole, combine pork, water, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, cloves, salt, and pepper.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 10 minutes or till boiling.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM (5) for 45 minutes or till tender.
Drain, reserving 1 1/2 cups broth.
Rinse, drain, and halve tomatillos.
In blender container, combine tomatillos, onion, crushed red pepper, cilantro, garlic, and reserved broth.
Cover and blend till smooth.
Pare, core, and slice apples and pears; add to pork along with tomatillo mixture.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 10 minutes.
Add zucchini, peas, pineapple, bananas, and walnuts.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring twice, till peas are done.
