Country Ham Stew

|Chicken gravy||12 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fully cooked ham||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes|
|Red potatoes||6 Small, quartered|
|Sugar snap peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen lima beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh baby carrots/Frozen tiny whole carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen small whole onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a large saucepan over medium heat, stir gravy and water until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
