Country Ham Stew

Ingredients
  Chicken gravy 12 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fully cooked ham 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Red potatoes 6 Small, quartered
  Sugar snap peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen lima beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh baby carrots/Frozen tiny whole carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen small whole onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a large saucepan over medium heat, stir gravy and water until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
