Apple Pork Vegetable Stew

  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Boneless pork 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Onions 10 Small, peeled
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed rosemary leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peeled potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), cut into 1 inch dice (Raw)
  Peeled apple wedges 2 Cup (32 tbs) (3/4 Inch Thick)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Canned vegetable juice 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon

Melt margarine in heavy skillet or Dutch oven.
Add meat and brown well.
Add onions and seasonings.
Bring to boil, cover and simmer while preparing potatoes and apples.
Sprinkle meat and onions with flour.
Add vegetable juice and bring to boil, stirring.
Add potatoes, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until almost tender.
Then add apple wedges and simmer a few minutes longer, or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with parsley.
