Seaside Stew

Ingredients
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Canned cream of celery soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced cooked seafood 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Crab Meat, Shrimp, Scallops, Fish)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sauterne/Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

In saucepan, brown mushrooms in butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat until cheese melts; stir occasionally.
