I have served this brilliant Old Fashioned Stew to plenty and there is not one soul who has not been ravished by its addictive flavors. Here is an authentic and classic Old Fashioned Stew recipe that you can use! I don't think it would be wise to miss out on this one!
|Chicken stock||1 Liter (4 Cups)|
|Pork||500 Milliliter, cooked and cubed (2 Cups)|
|Dark chicken meat||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Mixed spices||3 Pinch (Rosemary, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Savory, Thyme, Parsley)|
|Flour||30 Milliliter, grilled (2 Tablespoon)|
– In a stove-top casserole, pour chicken stock, add cubed pork and chicken pieces and simmer for 30 minutes, then flavor with spices.
– Add a small amount of oven-browned (or commercial browned) flour to thicken sauce.
