Leftover Lamb Stew

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Green bell pepper To Taste, diced
  Tomato 1 , peeled, coarsely chopped
  Tomato 1 Can (10 oz)
  Paprika 1 Pinch
  Leg lamb 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked, diced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a skillet, heat oil.
Lightly brown onion.
Add celery, garlic, bell pepper and tomato.
Cook 5 minutes.
Fold in tomato soup, paprika and meat.
Season.
Continue cooking 5 minutes.
