Pork And Olive Stew

Ingredients
  Lean pork 2 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  Salad oil/Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), unpeeled
  Meatless italian gravy 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned ripe olives 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can, Pitted / Green)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a heavy frying pan, brown pork in oil; include a little pork fat, if there is any.
Add rosemary, garlic, gravy, water, olives, and salt.
Cover and simmer slowly for about 1 hour, or until meat is tender; stir occasionally, Spoon out and discard garlic clove.
