Pork Stew

Ingredients
  Lean pork 3⁄4 Pound, cubed
  Turnips 3⁄4 Pound, cubed
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Light cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 1 (For Garnishing)
Directions

1. Brown the pork and turnip cubes in butter.
2. Add the salt, pepper, mustard, and water. Stir to blend.
3. Simmer covered until the turnips are almost soft.
4. Sprinkle with flour, add the cream, and stir to mix.
