Ancona Fish Stew

This Anacona Fish Stew is simply awesome ! I've never tasted a better assortment of fish seasoned with saffron and pepper ! Try this Anacona Fish Stew and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Assorted fish 2 Pound (Mullet, Sole, And Halibut Fillets)
  Onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Saffron 1 Pinch
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Cut fish fillets in 2 1/2 inch pieces; set aside.
2. Saute onion in olive oil until golden. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and saffron. Add the fish and enough water and wine to cover the fish. Bring to boiling and cook over high heat 10 to 15 minutes.
