This Biafran Stew is from my Mom's cookbook; an easy to prepare treat for any occasion! An irresitible combination of beef, chicken and veggies - this Biafran Stew is something you must not want to miss out on!
Ingredients
  Chuck steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, deboned, trimmed and cubed
  Chicken 2 1⁄2 Pound, 1 piece, cut up
  Canned whole tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can)
  Green pepper 1 , cut in to 12 chunks
  Yellow onion 1 , peeled and chopped
  Tabasco 1 Teaspoon (To Taste)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown the chuck steak.
Place all the ingredients in a large kettle with a lid, and simmer, covered, for about 1 1/2 hours, or until the chicken and beef are tender
