Extra Special Oxtail Stew

Extra special oxtail stew is a noodle and meat stew. Prepared with oxtail and onions, the special oxtail stew is spiced with allspice and garlic. Flavored with bayleaf and tomato juice, the special oxtail stew is filling and unique in its taste and texture.
Ingredients
  Enriched flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oxtail 2 Pound, disjointed (1 Whole)
  Fat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole allspice 4
  Bay leaf 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Wide noodles 8 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Combine flour and salt; roll oxtail pieces in seasoned flour.
Brown in hot fat.
Add tomato juice, water, salt, allspice, bay leaf, garlic, and onion.
Simmer 3 hours or till tender.
Add lemon juice.
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water.
Remove allspice and bay leaf from stew.
