Refreshing Oven Stew
|Frozen mixed vegetables||10 Ounce|
|Potato||1 Small, peeled and cubed|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Cauliflower flowerets/Broccoli flowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Zucchini||2 Medium, sliced|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Leftover meat||1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
In dutch oven with lid, simmer frozen mixed vegetables and potato cubes for 5 minutes in water with bouillon, worcestershire, and soy sauce added.
Add rest of vegetables, meat, and seasonings.
Cover and bake at 350Â° for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Juice can be poured off and thickened for thicker stew.
