Broccoli Stems with Peas

Ingredients
  Broccoli stems 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salad oil/Butter / margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Sliced green onions with tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut broccoli stems in 1/4-inch slices.
2. In a wide frying pan heat oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add broccoli, onions, frozen peas, water, and salt. Mix well.
4. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

SERVING
6. Sprinkle chopped parsley and lemon juice on top.
