  Spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm), trimmed
  Fresh spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm), trimmed
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Sweet paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Coarse salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Clean spinach stems by rinsing.
2. Pat dry and chop into 1-inch lengths.

MAKING
3. In a medium-size cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
4. Sauté spinach stems, garlic, and paprika for 1- 1 ½ minute until just tender.
5. Season with salt.

SERVING
6. Serve immediately.
