Grilled Steak

Grilled Steak is a perfect barbecued steak variety which is mainly a piece of meat on a hot grill. Tenderloin/filet, sirloin strip, t-bone, porterhouse, and rib eye are some of the most desirable cut of steaks for grilling. Liked for its tenderness and juicy on the inside, thinner steaks are the more preferable ones. Grilling of steak is done either on gas or charcoal grills and once grilling is done, steaks are allowed to rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to return to the center of the meat and the development of full flavors.
