Marinated Flank Steak
|Soy sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Beef flank steak||2 Pound|
In a 2-quart glass baking dish, blend soy sauce, vinegar, onion, garlic powder, ginger, and sugar.
Dip meat in mixture and marinate 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Cut steak into serving pieces.
Pound to tenderize.
Return to 2-quart dish with sauce and cook, covered, 12 to 14 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
