Zesty Marinated Flank Steak

  Flank steak 2 Pound (About 1 Kilogram)
  Canned tomatoes 300 Milliliter, crushed (About 1.25 Cups)
  Beef broth 300 Milliliter (About 1.25 Cups)
  Dry red wine 175 Milliliter (About 3/4 Cup)
  Onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely sliced
  Worcestershire sauce 15 Milliliter (About 1 Tablespoon)
  Thyme 5 Milliliter (About 1 Teaspoon)
  Bay leaf 1
  Margarine 25 Milliliter (About 2 Tablespoon)
  Three pepper sauce 3 Gram (1 Packet)

Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a glass dish.
Mix well.
Place the meat in the marinade and make sure it is covered completely.
Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours, turning the meat 1 or 2 times.
Remove the meat from the marinade and dry with a paper towel.
Broil the meat on a hot plate in the oven for a few minutes, as desired.
Slice the meat thinly against the grain.
