Zesty Marinated Flank Steak
|Flank steak||2 Pound (About 1 Kilogram)|
|Canned tomatoes||300 Milliliter, crushed (About 1.25 Cups)|
|Beef broth||300 Milliliter (About 1.25 Cups)|
|Dry red wine||175 Milliliter (About 3/4 Cup)|
|Onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely sliced|
|Worcestershire sauce||15 Milliliter (About 1 Tablespoon)|
|Thyme||5 Milliliter (About 1 Teaspoon)|
|Margarine||25 Milliliter (About 2 Tablespoon)|
|Three pepper sauce||3 Gram (1 Packet)|
Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a glass dish.
Place the meat in the marinade and make sure it is covered completely.
Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours, turning the meat 1 or 2 times.
Remove the meat from the marinade and dry with a paper towel.
Broil the meat on a hot plate in the oven for a few minutes, as desired.
Slice the meat thinly against the grain.
