Garlic Fried Steak

Ingredients
  Beefsteaks 1⁄2 Pound, cut 0.75 to 1 inch thick (Allow 1/3 To 0.5 Pound Meat Per Serving)
  Dairy sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Frying)
  Biscuit mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Put steaks into a large shallow dish.
Pour a mixture of the sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, celery salt, and paprika over steaks.
Cover; refrigerate 8 hours.
Heat shortening in a large heavy skillet.
Coat steaks with biscuit mix.
Brown on both sides in skillet; cook to desired degree of doneness.
