Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, diced
  Carrot 1 Small, diced
  Shallot/Green onion 1 , minced
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Beef sirloin/T bone / fillet steaks 4 (4 Servings)
Directions

Saute mushrooms, carrot, and shallot in butter.
Add paprika, salt, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 2 minutes; do not boil.
Broil steaks; top with sauce.
