Green Pepper Steak

Ingredients
  Flank steak 2 Pound
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 , quartered
  Green peppers 2 , cut in 1 inch pieces
  Canned bean sprouts 16 Ounce (Drained)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut flank steak into thin strips across the grain.
Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet.
Add meat and a mixture of the garlic salt, pepper, and ginger; brown quickly over high heat.
Blend in soy sauce and sugar; cover tightly and cook slowly 5 minutes.
Add tomato, green pepper, and bean sprouts; bring to boiling, cover, and cook rapidly 5 minutes.
Stirring constantly, blend in a mixture of the cornstarch and water.
Bring to boiling and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
