Veal Steaks With Avocado

Ingredients
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Veal tenderloin steaks 4 (Fillet)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Ripe avocado 1 Large, skinned, halved and stoned
Directions

Heat a browning dish in the microwave oven on HIGH for 6-8 minutes, following the manufacturer's instructions.
Mix the curry powder on a plate with salt and pepper and lightly coat the veal steaks.
Pour over the oil.
When the browning dish is hot, heat the steaks for 30 seconds on HIGH, then turn over.
Add the sherry.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
Mash the avocado flesh with a fork.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the browning dish from the oven, turn the steaks again and cover with the avocado puree.
Return the dish to the oven and cook for 1 further minute on HIGH.
