Soy Marinated Skin Steaks

Ingredients
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm) (Put Through Press)
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Chinese soy sauce/Japanese soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Steaks 3 Pound (Skirt Or Flank)
  Parsley/Watercress 1 Tablespoon (For Decoration)
  Oregano leaves 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine the garlic, soy sauce, oregano, oil, tomato paste and pepper and spread on both sides of steaks.
Refrigerate overnight.
Broil steaks 2 inches from source of heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
Slice very thinly on the diagonal and serve at room temperature.
NOTE TO COOK: Prepare steaks at home within an hour of going to the party.
Do not refrigerate.
Carry to party on serving platter, well wrapped.
Decorate platter with greens and serve.
