Soy Marinated Skin Steaks
|Garlic||5 Clove (25 gm) (Put Through Press)|
|Tomato paste||3 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Chinese soy sauce/Japanese soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Steaks||3 Pound (Skirt Or Flank)|
|Parsley/Watercress||1 Tablespoon (For Decoration)|
|Oregano leaves||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
Combine the garlic, soy sauce, oregano, oil, tomato paste and pepper and spread on both sides of steaks.
Broil steaks 2 inches from source of heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
Slice very thinly on the diagonal and serve at room temperature.
NOTE TO COOK: Prepare steaks at home within an hour of going to the party.
Do not refrigerate.
Carry to party on serving platter, well wrapped.
Decorate platter with greens and serve.
