Planked Steak

Ingredients
  Steak 1 (2 Inches Thick)
  Duchess potatoes 250 Gram (As Required)
  Cooked vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 450F degrees

MAKING
2.Now trim the fat and make the outline of the steak even
3.In a broiler, place the steak and broil it
4.Take a heated plank and oil it
5.Now place the steak on the plank and also arrange border of duchess potatoes around it
6.Also arrange the other cooked vegetables, such as stuffed tomatoes or green peppers, small boiled onions, peas, string beans and cubes of carrot or turnip, around the steak, also, so that the board is entirely concealed
7.Now place the plank in the oven for 10 minutes, until the potato border is browned and all the vegetables are heated through
8.After removing it from the oven, spread steak with butter and sprinkle with minced parsley, salt and paprika

SERVING
9.Serve with a sauce of your choice, salads, vegetables, french fries or garlic bread
