1. Combine onions & dressing in skillet on med.-high, cook until tender. Push onions to the side & add steak tenderloins. Cook 3-4 min. on each side until med. rare. Set aside & let steak rest.
2. Combine sour cream & horseradish & mix well. Place Steak on plate and drizzle with horseradish sauce & top with caramelized onions. Serve immediately.
