Barbecued Flank Steak

Barbecued Flank Steak is an amazingly tasty dish. I serve this often for my parties as they have never let me down. Very filling and delicious, the Barbecued Flank Steak is something you just shouldnâ€™t miss.
|Oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion/Chopped green onions and tops||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry garlic/1 clove of fresh minced garlic||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Flank steak||4 Pound|
Mix all ingredients for marinade; pour over flank steak at least 4 hours before placing on fire.
Barbecue 2 inches above single layer of hot coals.
Cook 5 minutes on each side.
Do not overbrown
