Pepper Steak With Herbs
|Chuck steak||1 Pound (As Required, 1 1/2 Inches Thick)|
|Unseasoned tenderizer||2 Tablespoon|
|Instant minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Bay leaf||1 , crushed|
|Wine vinegar/1/2 cup regular vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Crushed pepper||2 Tablespoon (Bottled)|
Prick the steak and sprinkle with tenderizer.
Prepare marinade sauce with remaining ingredients.
Marinate steak for 2 hours; do not refrigerate.
Cook over charcoal for 15 minutes on each side, basting often.
Cut in slices across the grain and serve.
