Pepper Steak With Herbs

Ingredients
  Chuck steak 1 Pound (As Required, 1 1/2 Inches Thick)
  Unseasoned tenderizer 2 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Thyme 2 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1 , crushed
  Wine vinegar/1/2 cup regular vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Crushed pepper 2 Tablespoon (Bottled)
Directions

Prick the steak and sprinkle with tenderizer.
Prepare marinade sauce with remaining ingredients.
Marinate steak for 2 hours; do not refrigerate.
Cook over charcoal for 15 minutes on each side, basting often.
Cut in slices across the grain and serve.
