Marinated Round Steak
|Round steak||4 Pound, 2 inches thick|
|Meat tenderizer||1 Tablespoon (Unseasoned One)|
|Cooking oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||250 Milliliter (1 Bottle)|
First thing in morning pierce meat with fork; sprinkle with tenderizer until saturated.
Rub oil over entire surface and turn over in 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
Pour soy sauce in pan.
Repeat process on other side of meat.
Turn meat every hour.
After marinating all day, cook on charcoal grill.
For medium doneness, cook 5 minutes on each side for a total of 20 minutes
