|Boneless steak||4 Pound, cut into strips|
|Tomato sauce||16 Ounce (1 Large Can)|
|Mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Green peppers||2 , sliced|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Teaspoon|
Arrange meat in large pan.
Cover with sauce and small pieces of Mozzarella cheese.
Place potatoes, green pepper and onions around meat.
Sprinkle meat and vegetables with seasonings.
Bake in oven set at 325 Â° for 2 1/2 hours.
