If you are planning to add steak to your party menu, the Blade Steak Parmegian is something not to be missed. This is an easy to prepare recipe and requires just a handful of ingredients. Just give this rich tasting Blade Steak Parmegian a try.
  Boneless steak 4 Pound, cut into strips
  Tomato sauce 16 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Green peppers 2 , sliced
  Potatoes 8 Small
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Teaspoon

Arrange meat in large pan.
Cover with sauce and small pieces of Mozzarella cheese.
Place potatoes, green pepper and onions around meat.
Sprinkle meat and vegetables with seasonings.
Bake in oven set at 325 ° for 2 1/2 hours.
