Ingredients
  Boneless steak 4 Pound, cut into strips
  Tomato sauce 16 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Green peppers 2 , sliced
  Potatoes 8 Small
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange meat in large pan.
Cover with sauce and small pieces of Mozzarella cheese.
Place potatoes, green pepper and onions around meat.
Sprinkle meat and vegetables with seasonings.
Bake in oven set at 325 ° for 2 1/2 hours.
