Barbecued Sirloin Or Flank Steak
|White vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Balsamic vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sirloin steak||1 1⁄2 Pound (or flank steak)|
Mix the first 10 ingredients in a large sealable plastic bag.
Add the steak and massage in the marinade.
Remove the air from the plastic bag and chill for 8 to 10 hours.
Prepare the barbecue grill and brush with oil.
Remove the meat from the bag and pat dry.
Grill over hot coals until done to taste, 5 to 6 minutes on each side for rare, longer for medium.
Let stand for 5 minutes after removing from grill.
Slice thinly on the diagonal and serve.
