Marinated Steak With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Round steak 2 Pound
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (One Can)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (One Can)
  Chopped onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place the round steak on a large sheet of heavy duty foil.
Combine the tomato sauce, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, vegetable oil, mustard and black pepper in a small bowl and mix well.
Drizzle the tomato sauce mixture evenly over the steak.
Enclose the steak in the foil, sealing the ends tightly to prevent liquid from leaking.
Place the foil package in a 10x14 inch baking dish.
Chill for 2 to 10 hours.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is fork tender
