Round Steak Sizzler
|Catsup||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Original)|
|Corn oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Boneless beef round steak||3 Pound|
Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, oil and salt in a small bowl.
Place steak in a snug fitting bowl or doubled plastic bag; pour catsup mixture over steak.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
Remove steak from marinade.
Place on a rack over hot charcoal; grill until done as desired, about 12 minutes on each side for medium, brushing with marinade occasionally.
Or, if desired, place on a rack in a broiler pan; place under a preheated hot broiler and follow preceding directions for cooking.
