Marinated Flank Steak

Devour this delicious and easy to prepare Marinated Flank Steak. It is pretty good enough to be served as a side dish for parties and get together!
Ingredients
  Flank steak 1 1⁄2 (1 Flank Steak Of 1.5 Pound)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste
  Onion salt 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Use a sharp knife to score both sides of the steak with light diagonal strokes.
Apply a mixture of the mustard, pepper and onion salt to both sides.
Chill, covered, for 1 to 2 hours.
Grill over hot coals to desired doneness.
Cut steak diagonally into slices no more than 1/4 inch thick.
Pour a mixture of the butter, parsley and lemon juice over the steak.
