Marinated Flank Steak
|Flank steak||1 1⁄2 (1 Flank Steak Of 1.5 Pound)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
Use a sharp knife to score both sides of the steak with light diagonal strokes.
Apply a mixture of the mustard, pepper and onion salt to both sides.
Chill, covered, for 1 to 2 hours.
Grill over hot coals to desired doneness.
Cut steak diagonally into slices no more than 1/4 inch thick.
Pour a mixture of the butter, parsley and lemon juice over the steak.
