Mushroom Tenderloin Steaks

Prepare to be astounded by the mouthwatering flavors and texture of the Mushroom Tenderloin Steaks. A very filling and tasty low fat steak, the Mushroom Tenderloin Steaks can be served for a party at home or enjoyed at a family dinner.
Ingredients
  Tenderloin steaks 4 Ounce
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finley minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finley minced
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Canned mushroom slices 4 Ounce, drained
  Non fat cooking spray 1
Directions

Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Remove any visible fat from the steaks.
Place the steaks in the grill and sprinkle with the parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Grill for 4 minutes.
Spoon the mushroom slices over the steaks and grill for an additional 1-2 minutes.
