Savory Steak

The savory steak is prepared with round steak browned in a pan. Cooked together with grated onions, the savory steak is flavored with wine vinegar, steak sauce, chili sauce and garlic along with dry mustard and brown sugar. Seasoned to taste, the savory steak is simmered to finish and is best served over hot rice.
  Beef round steak 2 Pound, cut in thin slices
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 14 Cup (224 tbs)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Steak sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), grated
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Brown steak in oil in large pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Delicious when served with rice.
