Smothered Mushroom Steak

This tasty Smothered Mushroom Steak is a favorite at my home. I prepare this tasty dish frequently for my weekend dinners. Try this yummy Smothered Mushroom Steak recipe yourself!
Ingredients
  Round steak 1 Pound, cut in bite sized pieces
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 10 Tablespoon (1 Stick Plus 2 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 Medium, diced
  Bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Canned mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Season steak with salt and pepper; roll in flour.
Brown in 2 tablespoons butter.
In separate skillet saute onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in remaining butter; simmer 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper; combine sauted mixture and meat.
Add broth; simmer until meat is tender.
Serve with rice.
