Steak For A King
|Round steak||2 Pound, cut in serving pieces|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Pound flour into steak; brown quickly in hot fat.
Season; place meat in dish.
Add onion; mix soups and milk and pour over meat.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
