Spicy Pork Steaks

Ingredients
  Pork steaks 2 Pound
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place meat in plastic bag or shallow glass dish.
Mix Marinade ingredients; pour on meat.
Fasten bag securely or cover dish with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
About 1 hour before serving, remove Spicy Pork Steaks from marinade; reserve marinade.
Place meat in open shallow roasting pan or baking dish.
Bake uncovered in 350° oven 15 minutes; pour 1/4 cup of reserved marinade on meat.
Bake 30 minutes; turn meat and pour on another 1/4 cup marinade.
Bake until tender, about 15 minutes.
