Oven Barbecued Round Steak
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in. thick and 1 in. wide (cut in. thick and 1 in. wide)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Vinegar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Heat oil in skillet; brown steak on all sides.
Remove meat to greased 1 l/2-quart casserole.
Pour off fat.
Place garlic and remaining ingredients in skillet; simmer for 3 minutes.
Pour over beef; cover.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
Uncover; bake for 30 minutes more.
