Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare marinade and pour over steak.
Marinate for at least 4 hours.
Turn and poke with fork.
Broil or barbecue about 5 minutes on each side.
Slice against the grain and serve.
Delicious cold on sandwiches.
