Rolled Steak

The rolled steak is prepared with a round steak. The steaks are filled with a combination of cracker meal mixed with cheese, parsley,garlic and eggs seasoned with salt and pepper. Rolled up and tied with a string, the steak is simmered to desired doneness.
Ingredients
  Cracker meal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , hardboiled
  Raw egg 1
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Round steak 1 Large, sliced thin
  Bacon slice 1 Small
  Pepperoni slice 1 Small
Directions

Mix cracker meal, grated cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic salt, hard-boiled eggs and raw egg with enough water to moisten.
Cut steak in 3 x 4-inch rectangles.
Place some filling in center of each piece of raw steak; top with a small piece of bacon and pepperoni.
Roll steak; tuck in edges and tie with string.
Brown in oil.
Simmer steak rolls in spaghetti sauce 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Remove string before serving.
