Garlic Pepper Steak

Ingredients
  Cube steaks 4 , cut into julienne strips
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green peppers 2 , cut in julienne strips
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Bias cut celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled and cut in eights
Directions

Season meat with garlic salt and ginger.
Heat half the oil in skillet; add meat and brown quickly on all sides.
Remove meat.
Add remaining oil; heat.
Add peppers, onion and celery; cook just till slightly tender.
Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce.
Add to skillet; cook and stir till mixture thickens.
Add meat and tomatoes; heat.
Serve with hot rice.
