  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1 Dash
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
  All spice 1 Dash
  Thyme leaves 1 Dash
  Marjoram 1 Dash
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, sliced
  Condensed vegetable bean soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce
  Canned tomato 8 Ounce, chopped

Combine beef, crumbs, onions, egg and seasonings.
Shape firmly into 4 patties; brown on both sides in skillet in shortening.
Push to one side.
Add green pepper; cook until tender.
Add soup and tomatoes.
Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes.
