Spicy Pepper Steak
|Bottom round steak||1 Pound|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Green pepper||1 , seeded and sliced into thin rings|
|Red peppers||1 , seeded and sliced into thin rings|
|Onion||1 , sliced into thin rings|
|Non fat cooking spray||1|
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Remove any visible fat from the steak and cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
Place the steak slices in the grill and sprinkle with the salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Grill for 2 minutes.
Add the green and red pepper and the onion slices.
Grill for 3-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
