T-Bone Steaks With Barbeque Butter
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Low fat margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
Remove any visible fat from the steaks.
Preheat the grill for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, margarine, green onions, salt and pepper.
Place the steaks in the grill and cover each with the barbeque butter.
Grill the steaks for 8-9 minutes, or according to your preference.
As the butter melts, it will run into the drip tray.
