Pepper Crusted Steak
|Flank steak||1 Pound|
|Black pepper||2 Tablespoon, coarsely ground|
|Seasoned salt||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Non fat cooking spray||1|
Remove any visible fat from the steak.
Combine the pepper, salt, garlic powder and parsley and press firmly into all sides of the steak.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the steak for 7-8 minutes, or according to your preference.
To serve, slice thinly across the grain.
