Round Steak In Beer
|Round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes|
|Minced chives/Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Beer||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Brown steak cubes in heated butter in medium skillet
Add chives, spices, and beer.
Cover; cook over medium heat 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Add extra seasonings, if desired.
Mix cornstarch with water to form a paste; add to skillet.
Stir until gravy thickens slightly, then serve.
