Barbecued Round Steak
|Beef round steak||2 Pound (3/4 inch thick)|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Instant chopped onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Barbecue sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut meat into 6 serving pieces.
In large skillet or Dutch oven, brown meat in oil over medium heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover tightly; cook on top of range or in 325Â° oven 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
