|Meat tenderizer||2 Inch (Thick)|
|Wine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Prepare meat with tenderizer according to directions on package.
Combine wine and oil.
Pour over meat in shallow non-metallic pan or plastic bag.
Refrigerate, covered, overnight (up to 24 hours).
Remove meat from marinade.
Grill over hot coals or in broiler 4 to 5 inches from heat about 10 minutes on each side or until of desired doneness.
Season to taste.
