|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced onions||4 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Sugar||1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
|Steaks||4 Small (Of Your Choice, Boneless)|
|Minced ginger root/Dry white wine||1 Tablespoon|
|Rice wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cherry tomatoes||4 (For Garnish)|
Mix together marinade ingredients.
Pour marinade over steaks.
Refrigerate overnight or let sit at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours.
Broil in the oven or on a grill or hibachi.
Baste steaks with marinade while they are grilling.
When steaks are almost done, grill tomatoes and use for garnish.
