Savory Herbed Steak
|Beef steaks||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Dried basil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried tarragon||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried snipped chives||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
Trim fat from steaks.
Combine basil, tarragon, chives, and garlic.
Rub herb mixture on both sides of steaks, pressing into surface.
Place steaks on the cooking grill.
Grill 6 to 7 minutes for rare, 7 to 9 minutes for medium, or 9 to 11 minutes for well-done, turning once halfway through grilling time.
